My name is Balee and I look forward to working with you! I am a registered nurse with 11 years of experience and currently working in the Emergency Department. I have been in the emergency setting for 6 years with prior experience in medical surgical nursing, oncology, hospice, and cardiac stepdown ICU. Working with multiple types of patients has taught me that everyone could use a little more education and support on their health journey. Hospital settings sometimes doesn't allow time for all the education you may need. Along with that, sometimes we need help even if we aren't in the hospital and that is absolutely okay! Everyone needs help sometimes and I would love to be able to help you through it! The goal of this program is to help you connect to your highest, healthiest, and most authentic self. The program can be broken up into 3 month, 6 month, and 12 month increments. We will continually work on weekly goals and improvements to be the best you possible! As I take a holistic approach, we will focus on ways to improve your life in the most natural way possible. Join me as we take this journey together!

Sometimes nature is the best therapy. From the food we eat to the remedies we make, plants can have a huge impact on our health. Not only does our gut health benefit but our mental health benefits as well. The two go hand in hand. In this program I will coach you on the benefits of different plants and remedies while showing you how they can improve our life.

Sometimes all it takes is a little courage. We as humans tend to get complacent. We find familiarity and gain comfort there. Sometimes our comfort zone isn't necessarily what is best for us. This program will encourage you to try new things and learn to find joy in the small things. Every moment matters. We will learn to be one with the here and now.
What we eat directly affects the way our bodies function. It can be a deciding factor in whether we get healthier or stay sick. Everything we put into our body plays a role in the way the cells interact with one another to promote optimum performance. We will discuss nutrition, healthy eating habits, and ways to improve our food and water intake.
No matter your beliefs, our connection to something bigger than ourselves can keep us grounded. Here we will practice suspending our egos and diving into soul. There is beauty and magic all around us but we must be willing to see. We will also dive into human relationships and empathy. As we put in the work, we will discover new ways to look at the world and our place in it.
The main focus isn't necessarily on being skinny or losing weight. The numbers on the scale are not the main concern. What we want to improve is our body functionality, endurance, mobility, and strength. The goal is to able to keep our bodies in motion when they need and/or want to be to improve the quality of our lives.

This program helps to unite the mind, body, and spirit by focusing on whole body health. We will focus on the pillars of Physical, Nutritional, Social, Emotional, and Spiritual health. As I accompany you on this journey, we will work toward becoming the best version of yourself!
